My first few articles: Coincidence??

6/21/09 | | 0 comments

If you've seen my page here, you've probably noticed that my first two articles are very related. I began writing the first one even before I was accepted as the Atlanta area Private Aviation Examiner. I felt it necessary to write about something in aviation that everyone could appreciate, not just pilots.

The Air Taxi industry jumped to the front. I thought it was something that everyone would benefit from knowing and would be interesting. I arranged an email interview with a representative of ImagineAir and set to work trying to give a good brief view of the company.

That was the first article. Little did I know that the day after I published that article, ImagineAir would come to an agreement with SATSAir in which they'd enter into a 'flight network' together. I felt I'd be doing a disservice not to announce and explain this 'flight network', which led to the second article.

Embarassing?; not really. Just a little confusing.

Writing for Examiner.com

You were probably directed to this site through Examiner.com and my collection of aviation articles that can be found there. While the more formal versions of my stories can be found there, I've found that I need an outlet for the rest; the things you might not get to see on Examiner. This blog is my space to express the not so formal; hence, the name: Left of Center Line.

I find a great deal of enjoyment in all things aviation. Whether it be a trip to a new airport or, perhaps, a once in a life time experience, I love sharing it through my writing. You'll find all that and more here at Left Of Center Line.

Thanks,
Steven
